Anqing Hualan Technology Co., Ltd. plant gate and office building engineering services procurement project plans to conduct inquiry procurement activities, through the expert recommendation process to invite relevant units to participate in the inquiry, now inform the relevant matters:
1, project name: Anqing Hualan Technology Co., Ltd. plant gate and office building engineering service procurement project
2. Procurement content: preparation of the maximum bid limit price and project quantity list, and project bidding agency. For details, see Chapter 3 of the inquiry Notice for procurement requirements and quality requirements.
3, package division: one package
4, the maximum price limit: the maximum bid limit price and the list of works are prepared as 80% of the standard of the document Wan Price Service [2007]86, and the project bidding agent fee is the cost standard stipulated by the Anqing Public Resources Trading Center (paid by the successful bidder).

Six, inquiry supplier qualification:
1, the supplier has the ability to independently bear civil liability and has a valid business license;
2. The project leader of the supplier has the qualification of national level registered cost engineer issued by the housing department;
3. If the supplier has one of the following bad credit history, it shall not be recommended as a candidate supplier or identified as a transaction supplier:
(1) The supplier is listed by the people's court as the person subject to enforcement for breach of trust.
(2) The supplier or its legal representative is included in the bribery crime file by the people's Procuratorate.
(3) The supplier is listed in the abnormal list of business operations by the market supervision and management department.
(4) The supplier is included in the list of parties to major tax violation cases by the tax department.
(5) The supplier is included in the record list of serious illegal and dishonest acts of government procurement by the government procurement supervision department.
4, the person in charge of the unit is the same person or there is a holding, management relationship of different units, may not participate in the same package or undivided package of the same inquiry project;
5. This project does not accept consortium participation.
7. Acquisition of the inquiry Notice: The inquiry invitation supplier shall obtain the relevant information of the inquiry procurement project from June 11, 2022 to June 13, 2022 (normal working hours) to the project Department of Anqing Hualan Technology Co., LTD. (Hualan Technology Factory, No. 8 Xiangzhang Road, Daguan District, Anqing City). When obtaining information, you must bring the power of attorney and ID card of the unit legal person.
8. Time and place of submission of inquiry response documents:
Deadline for submission of inquiry response documents: 15:30 PM, June 15, 2022
Inquiry response document submission place: Anqing Hualan Technology Co., LTD. Project Department, late response documents will be refused to participate in the inquiry.
