First, Project name: Anqing Hualan Technology Co., LTD. 1000 tons/year liquid nitrile butadiene rubber, 30000 tons/year carboxyl nitrile butadiene latex, 10000 tons/year high solid styrene butadiene latex construction project cooling tower equipment procurement
Second, construction location: Anqing Hualan Technology Co., Ltd. factory, No. 8 Xiangzhang Road, Anqing High-tech Zone
Contents, scope and requirements of bidding
1. Bidding content: Square cross-flow open motor cooling tower: 800m3/h, 2 sets (for specific requirements, see the comparison document).
2. Bidding scope: Supply, commissioning test and inspection, trial operation, deficiency elimination, system acceptance, technical and after-sales service, personnel training of square cross-flow open motor cooling tower.
3. Completion time: Within 25 calendar days after signing the contract.
4. Quality standards: meet the relevant national and industry norms, prescribed qualification standards and bidding document requirements.
4. Qualification examination method: post-qualification examination.
5. Qualification requirements for bidders
1. The bidder shall be registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, with independent legal personality of the cooling tower manufacturer or the brand of the cooling tower manufacturer of the project's only authorized domestic agents;
2. The supplier of the bidding content shall have the qualification and ability to complete the design, supply, installation (guide installation) and related services of the complete set of system equipment for the bidding content; The invested products shall have the production license, compulsory certification, marking certificate, product qualification certificate, product testing, inspection report, etc. that meet the requirements of the relevant regulations of the state and the industry (the bidder shall provide the corresponding qualification documents according to the relevant regulations of the state and the industry on the invested products and the requirements of the bidding content);
3. The bidder must have similar project performance in petrochemical industry in the past five years, and no major quality problems have been found in installation and commissioning;
4. The bidder and its legal representative shall have no criminal records of bribery in the past five years;
5. The bidder shall not have the business license revoked or the corresponding qualification (license, certification) certificate revoked (revocation, cancellation, collection) in the national enterprise (market entity) credit information publicity system, be included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises and within the penalty period, or have other circumstances affecting the bidding and performance ability;
6. The legal representative is the same person or different units with holding and management relationship shall not participate in the competitive selection of the same bidding project at the same time;
7. Joint bids are not accepted for the project.

Registration period: October 13, 2020 - October 20, 2020 (8:00-11:30, 13:30-17:00 every day, Beijing time, except legal holidays and holidays);
The way to obtain the selection documents: This project does not issue paper bidding documents, bidders themselves with Anqing Hualan Technology Co., Ltd. project department to receive the electronic version of the selection documents.
7. Candidates shall be responsible for their own actions and bear the cost of bidding. The tenderer shall not assume any responsibility of the bidder in the bidding process and shall not guarantee the winning of the bid with the lowest price.
