Anqing Hualan Technology Co., Ltd., founded in August 2011, is a technology-based industrial company specializing in the R&D, production and sales of nitrile series products, covering an area of 103 mu, with more than 140 employees and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. It mainly produces and operates more than 10 varieties of "Hualan" brand powder nitrile rubber, carboxyl nitrile rubber latex, liquid nitrile rubber, styrene butadiene lotion, special acrylic lotion and other series of products, which are widely used in brake friction materials, PVC modified materials, medical gloves, phenolic epoxy resin modification, new energy lithium batteries and lithium battery coating diaphragm materials and other fields. The products are sold well throughout the country and exported to countries and regions such as Europe, America, Africa, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
The company is a national high-tech enterprise, a key supported enterprise by the national industrial structure adjustment special fund, a strategic emerging industry enterprise recognized by Anhui Province, and a specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise. The company has led the development of industry standards for powdered nitrile rubber and national standards for carboxyl nitrile latex, established an Anhui Enterprise Technology Center, and established a joint laboratory with Anqing Research Institute of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. In recent years, the company has independently developed and innovated more than 20 technologies and processes, many of which have reached advanced domestic or international levels. It has obtained 10 authorized invention patents and 16 utility model patents. The "Hualan" brand powdered nitrile rubber has won the "National Key New Product" award, and HLN40 and HLN35 products have been recognized as "Anhui Province High tech Products" respectively.
